The Netherlands Embassy, together with the UN Global Compact Network Thailand and Circo Hub TH, co-organized "Circular Ecosystem Connect" to expand cooperation and develop skills and knowledge related to circular economy transition in Thailand. It was attended by over 50 participants from government, the academic, and the private sector, who shared knowledge, best practices, and business opportunities to inspire action and incentivize CE implementation.

Rene Van Berkel, ACEBA co-convenor, spoke at this gathering, and elaborated on the need and opportunities for a principles-based CE adoption by businesses. He illustrated this using practical business examples in ASEAN, documented with the support of the EU SWITCH Asia Policy Support Component (PSC).
