As one of the activities under the SWITCH-Asia Technical Advisory in Mobilising Business Action on Circular Economy in Southeast Asia, in partnership with ASEAN CSR Network the Philippine Business Engagement Workshop: “Business Action for Circular Economy in ASEAN” was held in Manila last Nov 14, 2023. The objective of the workshop is to discuss the Philippines' specific scope, opportunities and relevance for business action on circular economy. The workshop aims to discuss existing or emerging, scalable business and industry examples of circular economy action and achievement in Philippines; and to identify elements of business commitment, potential individual and collective action, accountability, advocacy, and knowledge management for the adoption of circular economy, with a view to shape and formalize business commitment to and action for circular economy in Philippines.
